Mission is a vital part of what we are each called to when we choose to follow Jesus in our personal lives.

It is the 'Out' part of an 'Up' (God), 'In' (Church Community), and

'Out' (Community & Beyond) faith life.

  • It’s not OK to be alone in financial distress.

    What is it?

CAP Australia is a Christian charity that believes no Australian should live in financial distress, and so is equipping a movement of churches to walk alongside those in financial distress while confidently proclaiming Jesus.

Catalyst Church has partnered with CAP, Australia's largest FREE 'to your door' money mentorship, to establish a Debt Centre for the Ipswich Region.

    What does it look like?

CAP Money Mentors receive training from CAP to offer general financial information.  The goal of being a Money Mentor is to empower those in financial distress with the skills and knowledge that will allow them to:

    • Better understand their current financial situation.
    • Manage their day-to-day expenses, including paying bills and putting food on the table.
    • Build resilience to financial shocks, including saving money, managing credit, and getting out of debt.
