Brad is an enthusiastic leader and compassionate pastor with a heart to love, live and lead like Jesus.

Angela oversees the day to day running of Catalyst Church. Her desire is to see Catalyst as a beehive of activity and a place where community doesn't just happen on Sunday but every day of the week. Angela also has a passion to see people released from debt and leads our team in the Brassall Debt Centre.

Lynne has a gentle concern and depth of insight, serving the church with her professional and compassionate pastoral care.

Ruth is a passionate and caring pastor and leader, bringing lived experience in life and ministry to our young families and their support networks.

Kat has a passion to see the kids of Catalyst develop a lifelong relationship with Jesus and to disciple them to be culture shapers and leaders in the vision of our church - just like she is!

Loren has a heart for young people, both within the church and in the wider community. With Social Work experience in the youth sector, and 10+ years in youth ministry, she is keen to network with other youth leaders across Ipswich.

With long history on our creative team, Jeremy and Jess bring values of deep worship, passion and excellence to our team, supporting and leading much of what you see in services, and much of what you don't!

Micah has a servant heart and does many things to quietly keep things running smoothly. He is involved in the production side of the Sunday service and is involved in Catalyst's online presence. He brings with him a keen eye and professional experience in photography and production.

Nicole brings her long-term experience in the world of creativity and musical knowledge to support our Creative Arts Department, in between spending her time teaching children in primary school!
