WELCOME! If you are grade 7 – 12 at school, or aged 12 – 17, then we want to meet you!
Catalyst Youth is the place to be on a Friday night. It's encouraging, connecting, fun, energising, empowering + life changing. Each week we hang out with friends, grow towards God + have heaps of fun along the way.
We believe that you are created with purpose; that you weren't made to watch your life from the sidelines as a spectator, but to live it to the full and really mean it. We are here to support you through life, help you feel genuinely seen and heard, while encouraging you to grow into your potential.
When we gather together (from 6.30pm – 9pm on school term Friday nights) the program typically contains the following elements:
Games - fun, interactive, all-in, energising, designed to help you learn and connect with one another.
Praise and worship - intentional time to honour God and lift up His name.
Message - relevant teaching from our youth leaders on topics ranging from relationships, purpose, understanding the Holy Spirit, prayer and journalling, and more!
Connect Group time - time with other people of your age group to chat about life and how to encourage and pray for one another in your walk with God.
We also have a fortnightly program ‘Revolution’ for Grades 7, 8 and 9 on Sundays during the service.
